Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1.) Sales Cycle Management • Own the full sales cycle from lead outreach to follow-up • Contact and nurture inbound leads from platforms like Covalo • Prospect outbound leads using existing CRM data (Pipedrive) 2.) Outreach & Communication • Conduct email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach • Send brochures, catalogs, samples, and follow up on sample feedback 3.) CRM & Lead Management • Maintain, clean, and update CRM records • Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent prospects 4.)
