We are looking for a client-focused recruiting professional who can:
Build strong relationships with clients
Understand people, business needs, and communication dynamics
Run candidate interviews confidently and assess technical and soft skills
Translate client needs into effective recruiting strategies
Read profiles and connect the dots - pay attention to way of writing, skills, speaking and more
Stay curious and constantly learn about new roles, technologies, and trends
This role is about ownership, communication, and impact. You’re the bridge between our clients and candidates, and your input shapes successful hires.
5 years experience in client-facing roles (Recruiting, Key account management, Customer Success Management or Project management)
Confident Communication, able to assess both technical and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of digital and tech roles
Excellent listener with high emotional intelligence
Structured, proactive, and self-motivated in a remote environment
Fluent German (mandatory) and good English (B2)
Experience in interviewing
Technical Background - for example, you worked in a SaaS environment or actually are able to code
Part-time
