About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter . This is a part-time opportunity designed for final-year students or fresh graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while working in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned projects, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
Screen and filter applications based on job requirements
Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews
Coordinate and align with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Organize and participate in open days and mass hiring events
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Requirements
Final-year university student or Fresh Graduate
1 year experience freelance is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in recruitment (internship or part-time experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
