Waconia 1 Collision & Auto is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist. As our new receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our business! Our locally-owned Collision Center has a solid team of dedicated staff that we treat like family. Our mission is to provide customers with the best quality collision repair and customer service, always exceeding expectations. This is a flexible position - 8am-1pm Mon-Thurs & 11am-4pm Fri.
Receptionist responsibilities and duties to include but not limited to:
Ensuring that all calls and customers are greeted in a timely and welcoming polite friendly manner,
Answering of multi-line phone system,
Taking thorough phone messages,
Scheduling appointments,
Updating customers on status of repair,
Prepping and filing customer paperwork/files correctly,
Assist other office staff with general office duties.
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will possess an upbeat, professional attitude
* Strong attention to detail with great organizational skills
* Self-starter who works well under minimal supervision
* Above average computer skills
* Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with insurance companies, customers, co-workers and outside vendors.
