About the Role

Registrar Corp is seeking a creative and motivated eLearning Development Associate to assist in designing and producing engaging online training courses. This role is ideal for Digital Media students who are passionate about storytelling, digital media production, video editing, and emerging AI tools used in content creation and education. You’ll collaborate with our instructional design and multimedia teams to transform learning objectives into dynamic, visually compelling digital content. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of eLearning production—from concept development and scripting to video editing, narration, and interactive course design. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in the design and development of online training modules and multimedia learning experiences. 
• Support video production for eLearning courses, including scripting, recording, and editing. 
• Explore and apply AI-powered tools for content generation (e.g., text-to-video, voice synthesis, image generation, and animation). 
• Collaborate on the creation of storyboards, graphics, and interactive elements using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, and Lectora. 
• Help manage and organize digital assets, video files, and project documentation. 
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of course content for accuracy, usability, and visual consistency. 

Qualifications 

• Current college student majoring in Digital Media, Media Production, Digital Communication, Instructional Technology, or a related field. 
• Strong interest in eLearning, educational media, and digital storytelling. 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). 
• Basic experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro). 
• Familiarity or curiosity about AI content generation tools (e.g., Runway ML, Synthesia, Pika, Midjourney). 
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. 
• A creative mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies. 
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
