About the Role

Registrar Corp is seeking a detail-oriented and creative eLearning Course Development Associate to support our Online Training Content Development team in creating engaging online training courses. This role will assist in developing interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools and AI-assisted content generation tools. The associate will also help manage digital learning assets, organize project documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual interested in building practical skills in content development, eLearning design, and digital learning technologies. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and development of eLearning modules and digital training materials using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Lectora, or similar. 
  • Utilize AI tools to assist with content creation, course scripting, image generation, and knowledge assessments. 
  • Help manage and organize project files, digital assets, and documentation. 
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia developers, and subject matter experts to ensure content quality and consistency with brand and learning standards. 
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and user testing to verify course functionality, accuracy, and learner experience. 
  • Provide creative and administrative support across projects. 

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and emerging technologies in digital learning. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote work collaboration tools. 

Preferred 

  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). 
  • Experience using AI tools for writing, design, or media generation. 
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills. 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
