MERIT is looking for a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate to support the brand’s growth internationally. The role will provide day-to-day customer-related support, responding to inquiries across email, chat, and social platforms.
This position requires professional fluency in both English and French to effectively communicate with customers within international regions. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week pending business needs) with some weekends and evenings as business necessitates. Candidates must be available to work during East Coast work hours (between 9am-6pm EST, as necessary.)
