Part Time Customer Success Coordinator (Court Reporting Experience Required)

About the Position: We are seeking a proactive Part Time Customer Success Coordinator to join our remote team for up to 19 hours per week. This role will serve as a vital link between internal departments and clients, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service. Ideal candidates excel in communication, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a collaborative environment. This position is fully remote and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for inbound communications, including scheduling depositions and addressing client inquiries.
• Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate billing inquiries with Accounting and facilitate resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and update client-facing best practices documentation.
• Assist clients in creating User Accounts, providing basic tips, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to get started (e.g., reference sheets).

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Court Reporting operations.
• Proficiency in RB9 (Reporter Base) software.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and Slack for communication and collaboration.

Compensation Range:
