In the Thrive Customer Care Team, you'll be helping our customers (and prospective customers) navigate our system via live chat, email, phone and video calls. As you gain a better understanding of Thrive, you'll be encouraged to grow and offer more contributions to help the company grow and develop a better product.
Requirements
Before you proceed:
This position is part time. We are looking for someone who can work 25 hours/week, preferably 5 hours/day Monday through Friday during which time your focus will be assisting customers.
