Paralegal (m/f/d)

What we are looking for:

To support us in our mission, we are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Paralegal to strengthen our Legal Team. As the link between internal departments and our external lawyers, you will take ownership of business‑critical tasks and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. This position is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment.

• Facilitating communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Managing client and contractor correspondence, especially regarding data protection and contract administration
• Handling additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Liaising with authorities on abuse-related matters
• Conducting legal research and analyzing laws and regulations
• Supporting contract review and preparation of legal documents
• Shaping and managing the contract management process

Basic Qualifications:

• Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Easy to work with 
• Sense of urgency
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department; completed training as a legal, administrative, or judicial assistant is a plus
• Highly organized and able to work independently in a structured manner
• Written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
