About the Role: We are seeking a highly professional, detail‑oriented Paralegal / Legal Administrative Specialist to support our Legal team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to manage a wide range of operational, compliance, and project‑based tasks in a fast‑paced environment. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Key  Responsibilities
  • Commercial Agreement Support:
  • Manage the customer contract lifecycle, including tracking contract statuses, collecting signatures, and maintaining contract repositories.
  • Support customer RFPs by gathering materials, coordinating internal stakeholders, and preparing responses.
  • Handle requests from cross-departmental stakeholders, monitor upcoming deadlines and renewals, and help keep workflows moving.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Procurement
  • Assist in preparing and processing vendor RFPs and onboarding documents.
  • Support due diligence efforts, including reviewing questionnaires, gathering documentation, and facilitating internal approvals.
  • Help ensure compliance with global procurement requirements and internal processes.
  • Corporate Maintenance & Governance
  • Support ongoing corporate governance tasks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist with maintaining corporate records, drafting resolutions, coordinating annual filings, and updating internal registers.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including scheduling, document preparation, and file management.
  • Develop and maintain templates, trackers, and internal databases.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and outside counsel, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear communication.

  • Required:
  • Strong command of written and spoken English (near‑native proficiency).
  • 10+ years of experience in administrative, paralegal, or professional services roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-moving environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with contract lifecycle management tools.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in legal operations, contract administration, or compliance.
  • Experience with procurement workflows, RFP processes, or vendor due diligence.
  • Experience with corporate entity management or supporting multinational organizations.
