Manage the fielding of domestic and international surveys while providing support for various internal panel initiatives and resolving issues impacting data quality and budgets.

Panel Operations Specialist (Remote)

The primarily responsibility of the Panel Ops Specialist is to manage the on time and on budget fielding of aytm domestic and international surveys. The Panel Ops specialist also provides support for various internal panel initiatives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for the launch, quota set up and monitoring of surveys
  • Proactively addressing and resolving issues throughout the fielding process (e.g., sample feasibility, data quality, timeline slippage, budget, technical issues)
  • Managing communication for ad hoc partners bid requests for top up sample or for DIY surveys that require custom quotes, plus surveys related communication and invoice reconciliation with panel partners
  • Monitoring of open-ended responses and data quality controls
  • Managing internal survey requests supporting cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Account Management, Research, Product, and Education (e.g., research on research surveys, IR checks, education examples)
  • Assisting with bi-yearly panel profiling review



Other Responsibilities

  • Consulting sales teams on best practices for sample selection, timeline and processes for surveys fielding 
  • Assisting with the updates and maintenance of key Panel Ops documents (e.g., panel book, panel partners list, monthly panel and surveys metrics, process documents, etc.)
  • API panel partners invoices reconciliation (monthly) and demographic and psychographic mapping (as needed)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ Years of work experience in market research, online sample sales or coordination.
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to Work Remotely Effectively (home office or similar quiet workspace)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Google docs
  • Preferred: Background in Online Market Research
