We're Hiring 2 Media Buyers to Fuel Paleovalley's Growth 🚀 We're looking for two highly skilled Media Buyers to join our performance team and help scale Paleovalley's paid acquisition. These are dedicated, full-time roles focused on aggressive growth through platform-specific strategies.
📱 Role 1: Media Buyer – AppLovin & Meta
In this role, you will:
🚀 Devote your media buying expertise solely to Paleovalley to help achieve aggressive growth targets.
📲 Run and scale high-performing campaigns on AppLovin, with support from Meta Ads where needed.
📊 Take full accountability for hitting KPIs and driving measurable results (ROAS, CPI).
🧠 Launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns alongside AppLovin, managing performance and budgets.
🤝 Collaborate daily with copywriters and designers to elevate creative execution.
🔍 Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, and iterate to improve CTRs and CVRs.
📝 Review landing page copy and video edits before they go live, providing clear feedback.
📈 Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports using standardized templates.
📚 Stay current with AppLovin and Meta platform updates to inform your strategy.
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years experience in paid media
✅ Deep expertise in AppLovin and Meta Ads
✅ Strong analytical skills and creative strategy chops
✅ Experience with mobile-focused or app-based campaigns a strong plus
🎥 Role 2: Media Buyer – TikTok Ads Expert
In this role, you will:
🚀 Focus exclusively on scaling Paleovalley’s TikTok ad performance.
📱 Own the TikTok Ads strategy end-to-end — from audience targeting to creative testing.
📊 Be accountable for hitting TikTok-specific KPIs and continuously optimizing results.
🧠 Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and UGC creators to launch high-performing ad creatives.
🔍 Analyze data, run A/B tests, and iterate to improve CTRs, CVRs, and CPA.
📝 Review creative outputs and landing page assets to ensure high conversion potential.
📈 Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to the broader team.
📚 Stay sharp with TikTok platform changes and emerging trends.
Requirements:
✅ ~3 years of hands-on TikTok Ads experience
✅ Proven success scaling paid TikTok campaigns
✅ Strong grasp of what performs natively on the platform (UGC, hooks, trends)
✅ Creative, data-driven, and fast-moving mindset
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with core working hours of 12pm-8pm CET.
You’ll report directly to Lauren Croft, Director of Paid Media, and work closely with 2x Senior Media Buyers, the Creative Manager, Project Manager, and the full design team.
