Over the years, we’ve reached millions of people online, and we’re still just getting started. We’re a fully remote team of 16 spread around the world, running five focused brands without the corporate fluff.

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager.

You’re the kind of person who hates ambiguity and loves turning big, messy ideas into clean, executable plans. You bring calm to chaos, spot problems early, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks - especially when things get busy.

Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:

🧩 Own project-level scoping, sequencing, and execution for complex cross-functional initiatives
📋 Convert leadership decisions into clear plans with owners, timelines, and definitions of done
🚦 Prevent scope creep and surface risks and tradeoffs early (no last-minute surprises)
🚀 Manage end-to-end execution for funnel launches, optimizations, and go-to-market initiatives
🤝 Coordinate across marketing, creative, product, engineering, data, and operations
🛠️ Write detailed dev tickets, acceptance criteria, and QA checklists
🔍 Translate business requirements into technically accurate scopes
📊 Manage risks around tracking, attribution, checkout flows, pricing logic, subscriptions, tax, and martech
🧠 Review meetings and docs to extract decisions, commitments, owners, and timelines
📐 Enforce planning and execution standards in Asana and keep visibility high—even under load

This is a full-time, fully remote role with a preference for overlap with U.S. business hours.

You’ll report to Emily, our Chief Marketing Officer. 

She’s big on execution quality, strong systems, and growth you can actually rely on. 

Fun fact: Emily is famously allergic to vague plans and mysteriously good at spotting risks before anyone else does!

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ 5+ years experience in program management or technical project management
✅ Proven experience managing developers and technical workstreams
✅ Strong background in DTC or ecommerce growth (funnels, CRO, experimentation, launches)
✅ Technical fluency across web stacks, tracking, checkout flows, pricing/offer logic, subscriptions, tax, and martech
✅ Ability to write clear scopes, tickets, timelines, and acceptance criteria
✅ Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
✅ Strong ownership and comfort holding stakeholders accountable

Brownie points for:

⭐ Shopify or subscription platform experience
⭐ Martech and analytics familiarity
⭐ Fast-growth or high-volume launch experience
⭐ Experience working with fully remote teams

The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed (in a good way), proactive, calm under pressure, and decisive. You communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and care deeply about accuracy and follow-through.
