Painter - Apartment Community

Monarch Investment is seeking a Painter to join our team at our Ridge at Chestnut Apartments in Kansas City, MO. We believe that each team member contributes directly to the success of our company. Location:
8701 Chestnut Circle
Kansas City, MO 64131

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-call snow removal when applicable

Responsibilities:
• Painting both interior and exterior applications
• Drywall repair
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Snow removal
• Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in painting and drywall experience
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
