Paint and Body Network Manager

We are seeking a Paint and Body Network Manager for the German market. The purpose of this role is to ensure that there is a compliant and suitable network able to deliver quality repairs and customer service to this vehicle prestige brand. This will be carried out by utilising MONITRR (the network management tool approved by the brand) to audit, oversee and drive the network forward.

Key responsibilities include;

• Produce a monthly report for the German market to required template
• Develop close working relationship with the brand team Germany team and the paint partner representatives in the market
• Support the European Programme Manager in the identification of programme improvements

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience of the Body and Paint sector and preferably have worked with or for Automotive brands. Ideally, they will possess the following knowledge and attributes;

• Our customer’s company language is English so strong English skills will be required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including good English language
• Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Able to influence stakeholders across the brand and their partners
