Lean Tech is seeking a highly strategic, data-driven Paid Media Manager to serve as the central operational and analytical partner for our paid media efforts. This role combines performance marketing expertise, product feed strategy, data integrity oversight, and actionable insight generation. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing campaigns have the clean data, tagging, product structure, and strategic guidance they need to scale efficiently across all major platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Affiliate. This position requires a strong blend of marketing acumen, analytical rigor, and technical comfort with data systems.
Position Title: Paid Media Manager
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing: As a Paid Media Manager, you will interpret performance trends, diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that guide the company’s paid media investment. You will be responsible for:
Performance Marketing Strategy & Insights: Analyze performance across paid channels (ROAS, COS, CPC, CTR, etc.) to identify growth opportunities. Recommend structural changes to campaigns and provide strategic readouts to leadership. Implement 1st-party data connections for audience targeting.
Feed Strategy & Optimization: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of product feeds through Feedonomics. Optimize product titles, attributes, and metadata to increase visibility in ad auctions.
Data Integrity, Tagging & Tracking Governance: Own UTM taxonomy and naming conventions. QA tracking, pixels, and parameters to ensure accurate data ingestion into GA4 and dashboards. Partner with Tech and Data Science to resolve attribution inconsistencies.
Performance Diagnostics: Investigate sudden changes in performance at the campaign or SKU level, identify root causes (feed quality, competition, algorithms), and deliver actionable recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Data Science for data alignment, and partner with Catalog, Product, and Merchandising teams to improve product data. Collaborate with media agencies on campaign tagging and reporting.
Success Metrics: Improve marketing efficiency through feed optimization, ensure product data is strategically structured, and provide leadership with data-backed investment guidance.

Requirements & Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
Experience: 8+ years in performance marketing, e-commerce marketing strategy, media analytics, or feed operations.
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
Media Levers: Strong grasp of bidding, pacing, audience strategies, signals, and landing page behavior.
Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with Feedonomics and familiarity with tagging/UTM frameworks.
Analytics: Solid analytical skills with comfort interpreting performance trends and synthesizing insights for leadership.
Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional partners.
Preferred: Experience in automotive or multi-SKU e-commerce; SQL or BigQuery familiarity; understanding of marketing attribution and experimentation.
