Position Overview: We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Paid Media Manager to own and optimize our entire paid advertising ecosystem. In this role, you'll be the architect of our paid media strategy—managing multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, display, and programmatic platforms while continuously driving down cost-per-acquisition and scaling pipeline contribution. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be deeply hands-on: building campaigns from scratch, writing ad copy, analyzing performance data daily, running A/B tests, and making real-time optimizations. You'll also be strategic: developing audience segmentation frameworks, building annual media plans, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure paid programs align with business priorities. Key Responsibilities: Paid Media Management (70% of time):
  • Develop channel strategy: LinkedIn, Google Ads, display/programmatic, retargeting, social (Facebook, YouTube)​
  • Build audience segmentation and targeting: job titles, industries, account lists, lookalikes, intent data​
  • Create and manage campaigns aligned to Primary, Secondary, and Evergreen initiatives​
  • Write ad copy and coordinate creative development (working with Graphic Designer)​
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing across channels​
  • Conduct A/B testing: ad creative, messaging, targeting, landing pages​
  • Optimize campaigns weekly based on performance data​
  • Manage vendor relationships: ad platforms, agencies, DSPs​
  • Trade Publication & Industry Media (15% of time):
  • Research and recommend industry publications for advertising (Safety+Health, EHS Today, ISHN, etc.)​
  • Negotiate media buys and sponsorships​
  • Coordinate creative production for print/digital ads​
  • Measure publication effectiveness and ROI​
  • Landing Page & Conversion Optimization (15% of time):
  • Build landing pages for campaigns (working with Marketing Coordinator)​
  • Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO): A/B testing headlines, CTAs, forms, layouts​
  • Implement tracking: UTMs, conversion pixels, attribution​
  • Partner with Marketing Automation Manager on form strategy and lead routing​
  • Metrics Owned:
  • Cost per MQL and cost per SQL by channel​
  • Paid channel contribution to pipeline and revenue​
  • Conversion rates (CTR, form fill, MQL)​
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)​
  • CAC payback period​
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business or marketing, or equivalent experience
  • ·       Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads​
    ·       Experience with programmatic/display advertising platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to succinctly communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience
  • Ability to measure success in driving engagement and effectively communicating key metrics
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and collaborate with remote teams, and is adaptable to changing priorities
  • Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive end results
  • Compensation:
  • Annual Base Salary Range of 80k-90k
  • Annual Bonus Opportunity of 10%
