Role Summary 


The Paid Media Manager – Google & Bing Advertising will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling all paid media campaigns for Corporate Stays across Canada and Latin America. This role manages a monthly advertising budget of CAD $50,000+, focuses primarily on Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads, and supports additional channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok when applicable.

The objective is to drive qualified leads, increase direct bookings, reduce OTA dependency, and maximize ROI across all markets where Corporate Stays operates.

Key Responsibilities (Tasks)


1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute multi-city PPC strategies for Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Create customized campaigns for each Corporate Stays location (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Brazil, etc.).
  • Identify new keywords, bidding strategies, and opportunities for growth.

2. Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize a monthly advertising budget of $50,000 CAD.
  • Allocate budget efficiently across countries, cities, and campaigns to maximize ROAS.
  • Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance.


3. Campaign Execution

  • Build search, display, remarketing, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Create ad copy, extensions, landing page variations, and A/B tests.
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all campaigns.

4. Optimization & Performance Tracking

  • Perform daily/weekly optimization: bids, keywords, negative keywords, audience targeting, etc.
  • Improve conversion rates, reduce cost per acquisition, and increase direct bookings.
  • Set up advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and landing page events.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and city-specific performance.

6. Cross-Platform Advertising (Secondary Channels)

  • Manage light advertising campaigns on:
    • LinkedIn (corporate housing, relocation agencies, B2B leads)
    • YouTube (brand awareness, retargeting)
    • TikTok Ads (city-specific visibility, modern travellers)
  • Ensure consistent branding and message across all platforms.


7. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Team, Website Team, and Revenue Management.
  • Suggest landing page improvements for conversion optimization.
  • Align campaigns with occupancy needs, seasonal changes, and business priorities.

8. Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor campaigns, pricing strategies, and demand patterns.
  • Recommend strategies to maintain competitive advantage in each city.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads & Bing Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing budgets of $20,000–$50,000/month or higher.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
