Role: Paid Media Manager, APAC Ads Marketing

Location: Gurgaon, India 

Work Timings: 7:00am to 4:00pm  

 

About the role: 

The candidate’s core function is to support the day to day running of an always on Paid Media program for SMB Acquisition. As a Paid Media Manager, you will support the strategy and execution of high-impact performance marketing strategies that drive product adoption and global growth. As a subject matter expert in biddable platforms, you will bridge the gap between product vision and market reality, ensuring media spend delivers measurable ROI. You will work closely with our Paid Media lead to drive direct response (DR) initiatives across performance channels—defining strategic roadmaps and scaling priority workstreams, including creative testing, advanced audience segmentation, and new channel activation—all while translating complex datasets into actionable business intelligence

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Media Strategy & Execution: Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns (Search, Display, Social) with a focus on Google Ads and biddable environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Drive medium-to-large scale campaigns, continuously auditing and optimizing for KPIs, budget efficiency, and ROAS.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Content, and Creative teams to align messaging with brand voice and user insights.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track quantitative and qualitative metrics. Translate campaign performance into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and "go-to-market" tactics.
  • Budget Management: Own the allocation and tracking of project budgets, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within financial scope.
  • Program Leadership: Act as an "Audience Growth Program Manager" by identifying risks, managing vendor relationships, and streamlining workflows across global teams.

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Experience: 5+ years in a performance media environment (Preferable Agency). B2B experience is a significant plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Ads and other biddable platforms; deeply well-versed in
  • Digital Analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker).
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to exercise sound business judgment and solve complex problems independently.
  • Communication: Strong ability to present data-driven analysis to diverse audiences in a persuasive and easy-to-digest manner.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies 
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
