Summary: As a Paid Media Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full paid media ecosystem—including affiliate marketing, CRM & loyalty, paid social, and search. You’ll support campaign planning, execution, and reporting, working with cross-functional teams and industry tools to help drive performance, brand growth, and customer engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Paid Social & Search

  • Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Help gather creative assets and prepare campaign briefs.
  • Learn how to conduct A/B testing of ad formats, hooks, and audiences.
  • Support performance reporting—tracking KPIs like CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversions.

 

Affiliate Marketing

  • Learn to use affiliate platforms to manage and optimize partner campaigns.
  • Assist with contract management, commission structures, and campaign reporting.
  • Craft newsletters, campaign briefs, and creative requests for partners.
  • Participate in brainstorming seasonal affiliate activations and ideas.

 

CRM & Loyalty

  • Use marketing automation tools to help build and schedule campaigns across email, SMS, surveys, and quizzes.
  • Brainstorm content and targeting ideas aligned with product and e-commerce calendars.
  • Support loyalty program monitoring and help ideate new reward strategies.
  • Analyse campaign results and feedback to improve performance.

Requirements

What You’ll Learn/Gain:

  • Exposure to end-to-end campaign management across multiple paid media channels.
  • Practical experience using key tools: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate & CRM tools
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and media buying strategies.
  • Knowledge of performance measurement, reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Insight into how creative, content, and data work together to drive results in digital marketing.
