Who we are
We are the Project Partners Team at Nord Security — a small, company-wide team that helps turn ideas into outcomes. We work as strategic partners across the organisation, supporting teams with project management, process improvement, consultations, training, and OKR planning. Our mission is simple: less stress and chaos, more speed and confidence.
What you'll be joining
You'll get a real look into how cross-functional projects run inside our organization. You'll be contributing to meaningful work alongside a team that collaborates with almost every department at Nord Security.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting project managers in coordinating different projects (updating trackers, preparing materials, following up on action items);
Assisting in working with stakeholders across teams, helping ensure smooth communication and alignment;
Helping document business processes and workflows;
Contributing to identifying opportunities for process improvements or automation;
Supporting communication activities — preparing updates, summaries, and presentations for internal audiences;
Helping maintain and improve our project portfolio documentation in Confluence and Jira;
Assisting with the preparation of internal training and workshop materials;
Joining project meetings and helping capture notes and next steps.
Core Requirements
A curious and organized person with an interest in project management, business processes, or operations;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Good written and verbal communication skills;
Analytical mindset and genuine curiosity about how things work — and how they can be improved;
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions and learn.
Nice to have
Basic familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or PowerPoint;
Some exposure to Confluence, Jira, or similar project management tools.

Salary
Gross Salary - 1200 EUR/Month.
