Job Summary

We’re searching for a Paid Ads & Growth Specialist to take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns—from setup and testing to optimisation and reporting. This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone who’s confident with campaign performance, marketing funnels, and cross-platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video formats.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and continuously optimize for cost-effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Use Go High Level to integrate ad campaigns with automation workflows, landing pages, and CRM sequences.
  • Collaborate with UK-based clients on strategy calls—clarifying goals, explaining results, and advising on next steps.
  • Troubleshoot and improve platform integrations (e.g., Google Ads to CRM, social media to call handling).
  • Document campaign setups and processes to help scale the ads business efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience running Google Ads campaigns independently (including copy, targeting, bidding).
  • Strong understanding of cost-per-lead optimization and lead quality assessment—not just traffic generation.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level and HubSpot—comfortable building out automation workflows.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Technically fluent—comfortable working with automation tools, CRM systems, and marketing tech stacks.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
