Overview

Our client, a leading fruit grower, packer, and exporter with operations across the Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Pack Line Manager to join their team at a state-of-the-art pack house near Piketberg.

This family-owned company specialises in exporting premium citrus and table grapes to international markets, including the UK. With seven farms across the Western Cape and decades of industry experience, they offer a stable working environment with steady growth opportunities.

As Pack Line Manager, you will be a key member of the packing management team, overseeing a complete shift to ensure production excellence, quality standards, and team performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule packaging operations for your designated shift
  • Ensure optimal pack-out percentages are consistently achieved
  • Maintain rigorous quality control and food safety standards in compliance with export requirements
  • Lead, motivate, and manage shift teams to drive performance and engagement
  • Oversee time management and production efficiency across the packing line
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements

Onderwys & Sertifisering:

  • Graad 12 (Matriek)
