Your Team

The Operations department is a key part of Anthos Fund & Asset Management, and it consists of four areas: oversight of third-party service providers, investment support, accounting and reporting, and transformation management.

Purpose of the Job

The Operations Support Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the team's efficiency. Your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to team members, ensuring smooth daily operations. Success in this role hinges on your ability to perform tasks with precision, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and maintain organization amidst a varied workload. As a valued team member, your collaborative spirit and proactive approach are essential, especially when immediate action is required to address operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for all operational support inquiries and daily ad hoc requests of the team.
• Conduct administrative tasks to enhance team efficiency, including organizing team meetings, managing action items, updating working procedures, maintaining shared data, processing physical mail, overseeing user access, and keeping SharePoint current.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation for new managers (funds) that Anthos will invest in.
• Assist the financial accounting team with the processing of invoices and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Experience and Skills:

• Possess 1-5 years of experience in (finance) operations support, administration, or a related field.
• Have a foundational knowledge of accounting principles and investment support operations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to advancing Anthos' mission.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Display proficiency with digital tools and technology.
• Capable of adhering to strict deadlines.
• Show dependability and trustworthiness in responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate well within a team environment.
• Proficient in English, with Dutch being advantageous but not mandatory.
• Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and procedures.
