Outside Sales Representative - Agricultural Equipment

D2B Groups is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative for Agricultural Equipment to join our client's expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting high-quality agricultural machinery to farmers and agricultural businesses within your designated territory. You will leverage your knowledge of the agricultural industry to create meaningful relationships with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.     • Use an entrepreneurial approach to establish and grow a portfolio of agricultural equipment clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers in order to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, gather information on competitors, and analyze customer needs.
    • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales activities, and reports effectively.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
    • Stay informed on product updates, new technologies in agricultural equipment, and industry trends.

Requirements

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agricultural equipment, heavy equipment or related fields.
    • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and its equipment needs.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
