Outside Sales/Business Development - Home Appliances

As a Business Development/Outside Sales Representative, you will sell and represent a few brands of kitchen appliances, specifically dishwashers and range hoods, to appliance retailers primarily in Ontario and Quebec. This is a full-time role with a base salary of $60,000 and $77,000 plus commission, a car allowance, and many other perks!

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:

  • Head Office is located in Toronto, Ontario 
  • This is an Outside Sales role with initial training in the office 

 

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years B2B Outside Sales experience 
  • 3 years of experience selling to all sizes of appliance retailers would be highly preferrable  
  • Kitchen Appliance selling experience would be a plus 

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Tech-savvy
  • MS Office

  • Purchase managers from Big box retailers, distributors, smaller retailers, kitchen designers, interior designers

 

SALES CYCLE / PRODUCT VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:

  • Average selling cycle: 1-3 months 
  • Average client purchase/order - $200,000

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:

  • Less than 10%
