Essential Functions
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow existing accounts and capture new business
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, cold calling, presentations, and closing
Serve as a technical resource to customers—understanding applications and recommending solutions
Partner with internal technical and customer service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
Use CRM and sales tools to manage time, territory, projects, and opportunity pipeline
Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Experience, Education and Skills
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
IFPS Certified Fluid Power Specialist (or similar) strongly preferred
5+ years of technical sales experience, including 3+ years in hydraulic fluid power systems
Ability to read technical drawings and write technical proposals
Hands-on experience with hydraulic and/or pneumatic applications and troubleshooting
Strong territory management, planning, and time-management skills
Proven success in value-added, solution-based selling
Comfortable using CRM tools to manage projects and opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and ability to learn and effectively us a CRM
Entrepreneurial mindset with a competitive drive to exceed goals
Valid driver’s license, some travel is required
Experience with these products is a plus

Pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, filtration
Electrical controls, VFDs, motors, linear actuators and guides
PLC control systems
