Essential Functions
Manage and grow a defined North / Central Texas territory, working independently to drive new and existing business
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their operations and challenges
Sell and support fluid power components, systems, and services, including: cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves, hydraulic repair and rebuild services, on-site repair services, and new hydraulic components, fluid conveyance, and related products
Partner closely with internal technicians and service teams to deliver solutions — not just products
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling
Represent Energy Hydraulics professionally at customer sites, in the field, and on the road
Full cycle outside sales activities including prospecting, cold calls, customer visits, and CRM entry.
Experience, Education and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree / bachelors preferred)
2+ years of progressive sales experience, including industrial sales
Experience selling mobile hydraulic components, service, or repair is strongly preferred
Background in fluid power, industrial technology, mechanical systems, or related disciplines
Fluid Power Certification is a plus (not required)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Solid computer skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight as needed
Ability to move throughout the day, visit job sites, and lift up to 50 lbs when required
