About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to join the first
wave of employees at our Mexico office and play a key role in our expansion into the
LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, and Chile).
We are seeking a driven and talented team player to join our sales team for the LATAM market. This is a role that enables individuals with strong interpersonal skills
and a competitive spirit to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally.
This position is based in Mexico City (Polanco).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Business Opportunities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and campaigns targeting Spanish-speaking prospects in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.
Research & Market Analysis: Study market trends, verticals, and customer segments within LATAM to identify key opportunities. Gather prospect data to create tailored outreach strategies.
Prospect Engagement: Leverage your knowledge of Aircall’s products and services to engage with prospects, generate interest, and schedule meetings with the sales team.
Consultative Sales Approach: Develop a deep understanding of your prospects’ businesses to effectively communicate Aircall's value proposition, build relationships, and spark curiosity.
CRM Management: Document and track all activities and prospect details within Salesforce to ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
Collaboration & Events: Work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in regional events to help expand Aircall’s presence in the LATAM market.
Key Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS.
Experience in outbound sales and lead generation is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
A driven individual with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed targets. You thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience with Salesforce and revenue engagement tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus.
