Job Overview:

As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience and assist with a variety of email, direct mail, and affiliate marketing tasks/initiatives. You will work closely with our B2C outbound marketing team to support ongoing projects and new campaigns.

Responsibilities: 

Email Campaigns:

·        Assist in the execution of renewal, abandon, upsell, and acquisition email campaigns in Emarsys platform

·        Help set up and monitor email A/B tests to optimize campaign performance

·        Perform quality assurance on automated programs and help identify discrepancies

·        Design email banners and graphics using Canva Pro

·        Gather customer reviews for email footers for multiple domains

·        Create customer surveys in Google Forms & analyze/monitor responses

·        Assist in organizing media database & updating campaign naming to new taxonomy

Direct Mail:

·        Help source customer acquisition focused state lists for multiple markets

Affiliate Marketing:

·        Assist with paying commissions and approving new partners in Tapfiliate, Rakuten, and Impact platforms

·        Support the formation of mutually beneficial relationships with professionals

·        Assist with gathering monthly performance and performing y/y comparisons
