OSS Delivery and Maintenance Engineer

Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering
Mandatory 3 years of experience in Telco Operation
Min. 2 years Educational and work experience in OSS delivery and maintenance direction.
Familiar with telecommunication areas: Network Operations Center, Field Operations, Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Ticket Management, Workforce Management, OSS/IT Admin etc.
Deep understanding of system integration protocols, especially on alarm integration. Such as SNMP, Corba, SFTP, Rest, and so on.
Knowledge of OSS tool architecture, procedure, and fault management UCs, such as Alarm compression, cross-domain analysis, ticket dispatching.
Mid level experience in Programing languages such as C,C++,C#, Java etc
Familiar with linux OS,DB, network, ability to troubleshooting complicated cloud system issues.
Must have authorization to work in Turkey.
Good team work spirit and adaptability.
Good problem solving, learning and reporting skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and heavy working environment
Able to travel
Fluent English and Turkish, ability to communicate in Chinese will be highly valued
