OSP Construction Coordinator

Project Resources Group (PRG) is currently searching for an experienced, organized, and driven OSP Construction Coordinator to join our team to assist with safety compliance in underground construction in the local market.
 
Responsibilities 
 
  • Attend pre-construction site meetings.
  • Perform project site walkouts daily.
  • Safety and progress oversight of underground construction activities.
  • Establish, maintain, and deliver field operation reports to necessary parties.
  • Interface with city personnel for permit release and closure.
  • Additional related duties as requested.
 
Minimum Qualifications 
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • The position requires an elevated level of professionalism.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in underground construction management and safety operations.
  • Liaise directly with permitting and planning official.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently or with teams.
  • Experience with project management highly recommended.
  • Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi-site construction projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace/Suite and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle suitable for representing the company, and auto insurance meeting both federal and state requirements with minimum auto liability coverage of 100/300/100 for bodily injury and property damage, along with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Willingness to use your vehicle in the field (mileage reimbursement at the standard federal rate).
  • Overtime will be required at times based on the volume of work.
