US Analysis Team Lead
Position Description:
Logically AI Inc is seeking to hire a team leader for its Americas analysis team. The analysis team is responsible for using a suite of technical tools to identify threats on line to our customers and their interests.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you will have the opportunity to be at the intersection of national security, technology, and innovation.
You will apply your open source intelligence (OSINT) and analysis skills to help our clients and partners gain new insights.
The team lead will be responsible for understanding client needs and translating those into collection and analysis plans and finished written products. Furthermore, the lead is responsible for continually developing the technical proficiency of analysis staff.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of OSINT analyst professionals.
Accountable for project delivery within your region, ensuring your team’s outputs meet client requirements.
Conduct and lead OSINT activities related to the reporting and analysis of online threats, misinformation, disinformation, and/or influence/information operations.
Collaborate with the Global Analysis Lead to formulate OSINT collection and analysis methodologies, best practices, and processes.
Manage workloads, delegate tasks, and collaborate with the Global Analysis Lead to help bridge resource gaps across regions.
Engage with clients using empathy and curiosity to understand clients' needs in order to produce custom-tailored analysis, explain results, and gather feedback
Assess and provide recommendations on emerging OSINT methodologies and tools.
Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders such as staff engineers, data scientists, and product personnel.
Work with the Sales team to identify opportunities to expand existing business.
Support leadership in defining and implementing department vision and OKRs.
Regularly meet with your direct reports in a weekly 1-2-1s to provide frequent feedback on their work and development.
Assist with hiring and developing employees.
Qualifications:
People management experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+years of experience in intelligence, national security, government, international relations, military, law enforcement or similar fields
Experience using social media monitoring, OSINT, and other information analysis tools
Experience identifying and analyzing online threats, misinformation, disinformation, and/or influence/information operations
Understanding of nation-state, terrorist, extremist, and other threat actors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time in an ambiguous environment
Excellent ability to generate insights from a wide array of data
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel periodically
Preferred:
Foreign language proficiency
Hold or previously held a Top Secret clearance
Working experience in the U.S. federal government
