Salary Range: $95K to $105K, commensurate with experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a related field
  • Proven expertise in management strategies aligned with business goals, along with strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred

Job Summary:
The Organizational Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves collaboration with recruitment functions to attract top talent and supporting organization-wide programs aimed at improving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Development:
    • Implement developmental strategies to foster growth, creating a high-performance workplace.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to design, execute, and continuously improve learning and development strategies.
    • Develop succession planning strategies and assess talent for key positions.
    • Create and manage career mapping programs that provide clear pathways for employee progression.
    • Evaluate and support performance management programs.
    • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and workshops.
    • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance recruitment strategies.
    • Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Participate in organizational projects and committees as needed.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and recruitment.

  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy according to policies.
  • Demonstrate courteous behavior with residents, families, co-workers, and management.
