TLDR

Support onboarding and performance management programs globally while coordinating cross-functional team efforts to enhance employee experiences.

Primary Function

This role will report directly report into the Senior Manager of Talent Practices and Onboarding and will provide operational, logistical, and administrative, and facilitation support across our Onboarding and Performance Management programs, with additional support for select project management activities. This role will support the Talent Practices team with a primary focus on enhancing and scaling our Onboarding and Talent Practices programs and experiences in Peachtree and globally for all employees and People Leaders.

This is a critical role on a small, high-impact team and will work closely with global partners across HR.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding Support

Welcome Experience – Peachtree

  • Deliver in-person Welcome Experience sessions in Peachtree 1–2 times per month.

  • Coordinate logistics including room bookings, invitations, scheduling, communication, and day-of support.

  • Manage guest speakers, session facilitators, and event materials.

  • Assist and lead the redesign of Year One Signature Events for new hires during their first year of onboarding.

ICC (Intuitive Culture Connect) Program Support – Extension of Onboarding

  • Lead and coordinate the new ICC (Intuitive Culture Connect) Onboarding program for employees in the US and eventually globally.

  • Provide backup support for SV-based ICC logistics.

  • Manage and maintain logistics including:

    • Coordinate with designer and manage material updates

    • Room reservations, invites, calendars, and sessions

    • Facilitator coordination

    • System access

    • Room setup

    • Snack and material preparation

    • Manager Information Session scheduling for Peachtree and Sunnyvale

    • Communications related to ICC and Welcome Experience

    • Maintaining registration channels in Percipio and performing basic Leo system updates

Virtual Manager Information Sessions

  • Provide backup delivery for Virtual Manager Information Sessions (30–45 minutes), ensuring managers understand program expectations, commitments, and new hire requirements.

Performance Management Support

  • Assist with administrative and logistical coordination for PM trainings throughout the year and initiatives:

    • Room booking or Zoom link creation

    • Calendar invitations and scheduling

    • Guest speakers and facilitator coordination

    • Train-the-Trainer (TTT) support

    • Reporting and documentation

    • Uploading documents to BOX

    • Partnering with HRHN to load or update files

    • Assisting with translations

    • Basic Percipio registration planning and Leo system maintenance

  • Support project management tasks for PM initiatives as needed.

Additional Team Support

  • Build cross-functional relationships with onboarding partners, HRHN, and project teams.

  • Contribute to a consistent, high-quality Onboarding and Talent Practices experience and programming across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, program coordination, event planning, or similar operations role.

  • Strong organizational, logistical, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable leading in-person and virtual sessions with foundation level delivery and facilitation.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.z

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of HR, Communications, Program Management or Coordination, Business

Preferred

  • Experience with learning platforms (e.g., Percipio), content management systems (Leo), or similar tools.

  • Experience supporting training programs or corporate events.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small-team environment.

Success Indicators

  • Smooth and professional delivery of Peachtree onboarding experiences.

  • Effective coordination across multiple onboarding and performance management programs.

  • Positive feedback from new hires, managers, and partner teams.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
