About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, organized, and data-curious Organic Social Specialist to join our B2C Travel Network team, supporting LondonTheatre.co.uk and NewYorkTheatreGuide.com. This role will play a key part in executing our organic social activity across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, etc.—helping us connect culturally curious audiences with the right shows, stories, and theatre moments. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our London and New York editorial/social leads to bring social strategies to life through day-to-day content creation, publishing, and optimization. You’ll help shape how we show up on social by learning what content resonates, which shows to spotlight, and how to test and iterate using performance insights. If you’re excited by creating social-first content, staying close to trends, and using data to improve results, we’d love to hear from you. Please note: qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week. What Success Looks Like:
  • High-quality content at scale → Social content is produced, adapted, and published consistently across platforms, maintaining a high creative bar while leveraging tools (including AI and automation where appropriate) to increase speed, volume, and efficiency.
  • Engaging, platform-native content → Posts feel native to each channel, reflect current trends where relevant, and drive meaningful engagement with our audiences.
  • Strong commercial mindset → Social strategies effectively highlight the right shows, offers, and content to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Data-informed decision making → Performance is monitored regularly, with clear insights surfaced around what content, formats, and themes perform best.
  • Testing and iteration → New content angles, formats, and posting approaches are tested in a structured way, with learnings fed back into future planning.
  • Strong cross-team collaboration → Editorial and social leads in London and New York can rely on you as a consistent, detail-oriented execution partner.
  • What You’ll Do:
  • Support day-to-day management of organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social channels.
  • Create, edit, and publish social-first content, including short-form video, imagery, and written posts aligned to brand tone and platform best practices. This includes developing relationships with PRs and marketing agencies to attend content-capture opportunities in New York
  • Write engaging captions that drive engagement and clearly communicate show highlights and key messages.
  • Schedule and publish content using social management tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency across brands.
  • Monitor comments and messages, supporting community engagement in line with brand guidelines.
  • Track performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, video views), helping translate results into insights and optimisation ideas.
  • Support structured testing across content formats, posting times, and messaging to improve performance over time.
  • Work closely with editorial leads in London and New York to shape social media strategy across platforms
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and creative teams to align social output with broader campaigns and content initiatives, as well as make occasional editorial contributions as needed.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats, proactively flagging opportunities to the wider team.
  • Invest in new areas such as long-form video content on YouTube to extend our brand presence to new platforms
  • Reporting social findings to senior members of the wider Travel Network team in monthly business reviews
  • We’re Looking For Someone With:
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • A strong interest in organic social, short-form video, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Comfort working with performance data and analytics, with the ability to spot trends and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, especially when working with captions and publishing.
  • A proactive, organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout, Dash, native platform tools) is a plus.
