Denova is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Analyst on behalf of a client to support commercial and finance operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate sales order management, compliant contract and SO processing and adherence to booking policies. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on Salesforce experience and a solid understanding of financial operations processes.

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee order management activities, including sales order creation, validation and timely processing within the O2C workflow

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing by validating order completeness, revenue triggers and customer requirements.

  • Review and validate customer contracts for financial, legal and policy compliance

  • Ensure booking policy compliance, including revenue recognition and internal control requirements

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve order, contract and billing issues

  • Maintain data accuracy across finance and CRM/ERP (Salesforce) systems by reconciling contract details, order information and billing data

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk

  • Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities related to revenue, billing and O2C reporting.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities within O2C to enhance efficiency, accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience. - mandatory

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience - mandatory

  • 4+ years of experience in financial operations, order management, sales operations

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
