Key Responsibilities
Request shipment updates from suppliers.
Review reports and emails to update ERP with promise dates and tracking.
Maintain good working relationships with our vendor partners and internal customers.
Expedite deliveries when requested.
Interact with Supply Chain team to answer questions.
Identify and suggest opportunities to improve efficiency.
Assist team members with special projects as needed
Skills Required
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment required.
Ability to become a trusted partner to Engineered Solutions Team, resulting in increased turnaround time and order quality
Ability to understand/analyze client needs to ensure orders are viewable in Hatch accurately
Ability to be a self-starter who can work independently but also understands the value of being an effective team player and collaborative partner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to manage several projects at once
Ability to adapt and react to quick changes
Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
