Order Processor

Ironwear, a trusted name in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) manufacturing, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in managing the flow of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will support our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and review incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter orders into the ERP system promptly and correctly.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on schedule.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping notifications, and any discrepancies.
• Address and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and processing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processed orders.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report to management as necessary.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to order processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in order processing or a similar administrative role.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory checks.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of the PPE industry is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and software as needed.
• Understanding of shipping, logistics, and inventory management processes.
