  • ITIL, RDMS (Oracle, Sybase and MSSQL),
  • Unix/Linux, Autosys/Cron Batch management
  • Web technologies (Websphere, Apache and Tomcat)
  • Trading Lifecycle and FIX Protocol
  • Trading desk support experience /front Office support experience
  • Typical Support Shift between 7:00 am - 7:00 pm SGT but may require out of hours support and on call support
  • Out of hours /On-call support working from home with WM laptop.
