You are:

As Oracle HCM Test Support, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the testing process to ensure the high quality and reliability of Oracle Cloud applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, develop test plans, execute test cases, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Your role will involve leading a team of testers, coordinating test activities, and providing recommendations for test automation and process improvement.

The work:

Demonstrated experience in coordinating testing efforts in enterprise cloud ERP/HCM environments, exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud testing is preferred.
Proficiency with defect management and testing tools such as Jira, ALM, Oracle OATS, or similar.
Develop, maintain, and manage test plans, and schedules for various testing cycles (System Integration, UAT, Regression).
Coordinate with functional consultants, business teams, and technical teams to ensure testing readiness.
Support facilitating daily or weekly test status meetings and provide updates to project managers and leadership.
Oversee the creation and review of test scenarios, test scripts, and test data requirements.
Monitor progress of test execution and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
Log, track, and prioritize defects; ensure defects are thoroughly documented and assigned.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and improved documentation.
Maintain all test-related documentation in audit-ready condition.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
