We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Talent Management Developer to design, configure, and support Talent Management solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Talent modules including Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and Career Development, along with strong technical capabilities to build and enhance solutions tailored to business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, configure, and support Oracle HCM Talent modules such as Performance, Goals, Career Development, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.
● Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand Talent Management requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and customizations.
● Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts, and configuration tools for Talent modules.
● Customize Talent workflows, page layouts, questionnaires, notifications, and approvals using page composer and sandbox tools.
● Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts to support Talent Analytics and KPIs.
● Implement security roles and privileges specific to Talent Management processes and data access.
● Design and support integrations between Talent modules and other HCM Cloud components or third-party systems.
● Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
● Conduct testing (unit, system, UAT) and support go-live and post-go-live activities.
● Stay updated with Oracle Cloud Talent Management releases and recommend adoption of new features where applicable.
● Provide training and documentation for Talent Management users and administrators.

 

Required Skills:
● Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules (Performance, Goals, Career Development, Succession, Talent Review)
● Proficiency in HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
● Experience with personalization tools like Page Composer and Application Composer
● Familiarity with Oracle security framework and role-based access control
● Knowledge of integration technologies and REST/SOAP APIs is a plus
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
