Demonstrate expertise in the hire-to-retire process flow for all Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, ORC, Learn, Talent, and Compensation
Develop and maintain JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and JSON data models to enhance Oracle HCM Cloud functionality
Utilize working knowledge of Fast Formulas and HCM Data Loader (HDL) to optimize system performance and data management
Apply strong SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formula, BI Reports, BI Analytics, and HCM Extract skills to develop custom solutions and reports
Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client-specific requirements and business processes
Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and standard Oracle HCM Cloud functionality
Design and implement integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems
Provide technical guidance and support to clients during implementation, testing, and post-go-live phases
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users and system administrators
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation
Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and new features, recommending upgrades when appropriate
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Participate in pre-sales activities, including demos and proposal development, to support business development efforts
