About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a 7–8 month engagement, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
As an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in supply chain processes and extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain operations.
Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
Lead and support full lifecycle implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Work on modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics.
Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, custom reports, and enhancements.
Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Stay updated with Oracle Fusion SCM releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud (mandatory).
Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
Ability to configure and support multiple SCM modules.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Oracle Fusion SCM certification is an added advantage.
Immediate or short notice availability preferred.

Additional Information

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a strategic Oracle Fusion SCM project based in Riyadh. The engagement is for 7–8 months, with the possibility of extension depending on project requirements.
The role requires onsite presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
