Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support HRMS implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate HR and payroll requirements into effective Oracle HRMS solutions.

This is a contract role, fully remote, and open to candidates working from Egypt.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle HRMS EBS (R12 preferred) modules including:
    • Core HR
    • Payroll
    • OTL
    • SSHR
    • OAB
    • iRecruitment (as applicable)
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and prepare functional design specifications (FDDs).
  • Work closely with technical teams on customizations, interfaces, reports, and data migrations.
  • Support end-to-end HRMS implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Execute and support SIT and UAT, including defect resolution.
  • Provide production support, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation and user training materials.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless integrations and business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant on Oracle EBS (R12).
  • Hands-on expertise in Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR, and related HRMS modules.
  • Solid understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
  • Experience with data conversions, interfaces, and system integrations.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive functional documentation.
  • Exposure to Oracle AIM / OUM methodology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HRMS Functional Certification (good to have).
  • Experience working in global or multi-country HR/payroll environments.
  • Prior experience in AMS / production support projects.
