Based on experience level, Project Managers may also be responsible for managing the overall client account, providing strategic direction and advice to Peloton’s clients, and managing a more extensive portfolio of business.  The ideal candidate desires to be very hands-on while at the same time being able to think and lead strategically and will have robust business analysis, facilitation, and communication skills to manage cross-functional projects within various industry verticals. 

 Responsibilities

 Required Skills:

• 10 + years of ERP experience and a minimum of 3 years of implementing and supporting Fusion Cloud applications
• Minimum 2 Oracle ERP/SCM/HCM Cloud projects successfully executed as a lead or senior team member
• Experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices, and multiple business processes within the Oracle EBS/Cloud space.
• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
• Experience in leading, monitoring, and maintaining project plan progress to ensure delivery of the critical stages and goals within the agreed time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Experience in managing customer expectations and closely monitoring for scope creep. Managing the agreed scope of the project to ensure that Change Requests are clearly called out, approved, and impacted against a timeline.
• Experience in Controlling and Reporting progress to the Steering Group/Sponsor and internally within the Project Team and escalating any issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner. Initiating corrective action where necessary to keep the project on track. Continually assess potential risks and issues and maintain risk and issue logs and contingency plans.
• Experience in PMI or Agile Project Management Methodology to track issues & bugs for greater value addition & customer delight

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients
• Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, “can-do” attitude, and speaking your ideas

• Manage or mentor project team members and mentees
• Be a liaison between offshore and Onsite teams to deliver work successfully
• PM Certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is highly desired.

• Experience with Oracle OUM and AIM methodology and documentation
• Ability to drive industry best practice adoption by clients
• Must have worked with US compliance reporting; other geographies’ compliance experience will be a plus.
• Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background in problem-solving, Change management, and documentation.

• Ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in an onsite-offshore delivery model with a global, multi-geography delivery team.
