Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experience Oracle ERP Architect to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for working across key programs to develop the functional architectural vision for our clients’ Cloud ERP solution.
- Incorporate Oracle cloud business applications best practices into overall cloud platform vision with functional architecture/solution configurations.
- Collaborate with business leaders and functional/technical architects on the team to ensure alignment between Oracle ERP and other pillar solutions.
- Interpret clients’ process flows or system diagrams and create future state versions that highlight the advantages of recommendations
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
- Support project initiation, requirements and design as needed to ensure successful initiation of projects within the practice

Partner with leadership and Industry Portfolio groups to provide sales support, work estimation, client demonstrations and road mapping, and marketing/ lead generation activities
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with at least 3 years specifically in Oracle Cloud (SaaS) as a lead architect
- Deep hands-on configuration experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Costing)
- Proven understanding of end-to-end business cycles including Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC), and their dependencies on SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Master Data)
- Demonstrated experience leading all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, testing (UAT/SIT), and cutover management
- Exceptional ability to present complex functional solutions to C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, managing expectations and influencing decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will have senior cross-functional architect level experience and extensive domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial modules and a good understanding of supporting Oracle SCM Cloud modules
- May require some travel within the United States
Additional Desired Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Projects, Oracle Project Contracts, Project Accounting and Project Costing
- Certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud
- Experience or knowledge in Oracle Cloud BI reports will be a plus
Compensation:
Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,000 to $280,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
