i360 has an upcoming need for a Sr. Oracle R12 Contract Life-Cycle Management (CLM) Developer with experience with experience in Oracle RICEW and Oracle CLM in an Oracle Federal Financials R12.2 environment. The successful candidate must have (6) six years of experience implementing Oracle CLM and Oracle Federal Financials in a federal environment. This work is onsite and is located in the Herdon, VA. Responsibilities: 

  • Develop extensions and enhancements to Oracle CLM 
  • Develop/enhance interfaces between Oracle CLM and external systems 
  • Provide input, design, and review of overall strategy for conversion of legacy data into Oracle 
  • Perform development using Structured Query Language (SQL) and Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) to support clear visibility into procurement contracts helping to achieve compliance with federal mandates such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). 
  • Perform mapping, design, build, test, and deployment services in support of the data migration to Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management 
  • Execute Unit testing and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) testing of development work and document results per approved test templates and procedures 
  • Assist in development of test scripts and training materials 
  • Create documentation (technical documents, data mapping, TE040, etc.)  for data conversions and application extensions 
  • Provide Support for changes to policies and regulations through a configurable and extensible framework 
  • Provide triage support for data migration defects 
  • Assist in preparing work tasks, task duration estimates, and schedules 
  • Provide problem analysis/diagnosis/resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support 
  • Provide knowledge transfer to support personnel and users as needed.


Requirements:

  • Six (6) years general software development experience and 2 to 3 years specialized experience in developing within the Oracle R12 applications, specifically data conversions and application extensions 
  • Demonstrated experience Oracle CLM data conversions 
  • Experience developing with TOAD, PL/SQL, SQL, load scripts, UNIX scripts, personalization, workflow 
  • Demonstrated experience with the Oracle technology stack including: 
  • PL/SQL development 
  • Oracle RDBMS 
  • Must understand Oracle Applications table structure and APIs 
  • Experience with configuration management tools and processes 
  • Experience documenting design, code, testing 
  • Experience unit testing, integration testing, and conducting code reviews 
  • Experience with CLM Contract Life Cycle Management for Public Sector 
  • Oracle Federal Financials project experience is a plus 
  • Experience with shared service provider is a plus 
  • Experience with project implementation lifecycle 
  • Experience developing within service oriented architectures (SOA) using web services is a plus. 
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement would be plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience 
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Must be able to clear a federal background check - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information 
  • Full time employees preferred for this role 
  • Resources should be local to Herndon, VA,  
  • Must be a US Citizen 
  • Primary Location: Herndon VA.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday (Onsite)
