Operator / Labourer

In this role, you will safely transport materials and equipment to job sites, operate a variety of machinery, direct traffic around live construction zones, and support hands-on labouring tasks. You will perform equipment checks, ensure high-quality workmanship on site, communicate clearly with the team, and lead by example in maintaining strong Health & Safety standards and a Zero Harm culture.

We are looking for someone has:

• A full, clean Class 1–5 driver licence with WTR endorsement.
• Experience in civil construction or machine operating (preferred).
• The ability to identify risks and act proactively.
• A positive, adaptable, attitude who is ready to lend a hand wherever needed.
• A team player who takes pride in a job well done.
